New Year, New Me: Our New Year’s Resolutions

Our team at Social Stylate waved goodbye to 2016 and welcomed 2017 with open arms! See what us gals have in mind for our New Year’s Resolutions, we are ready for all of the new beginnings and challenges along the way. Bring on 2017!

New Year's ResolutionLauren’s Resolution:
“Since I’m having a baby this year (crazy!) I want to be better at shutting off my brain and maintaining a “be here now” philosophy: putting away the cell phone, turning off work and focusing on the moment.”

New Year Resolution Carroll’s Resolution:
“With my busy schedule I would like to make more time for yoga and travel.”

New Year Resolution: SydneySydney’s Resolution:
“I’m trying to work on embracing new experiences and trying new things.”

New Year Resolution: Kelly Kelly’s Resolution:
“I would like to work on staying more organized; starting with making a monthly, weekly, and daily to do list.”

New Year Resolution: Aly Aly’s Resolution:
“In the past years, I have always made my New Year’s Resolution about working out and getting back into shape, but never followed through. This year, I am determined to stick with my resolution by creating a workout plan, eating healthy and working towards being my happiest/best self in my personal life and with my career.”

New Year Resolution: Jordan Jordan’s Resolution:
“With my swimming career coming to an end this spring, my resolution is to focus more on living a healthy lifestyle by cooking more often and trying new healthy recipes and staying active by taking yoga classes and running.”

New Year's Resolution: ColleenColleen’s Resolutions:
“Drink more water. The implications of drinking more water go beyond just staying hydrated. It also helps curb your appetite to avoid eating from boredom. It also helps keep your skin looking bright and healthy! Also, to think more positively. It goes without saying that if your thoughts are more positive, you’re going to have a more positive life experience. Negativity consumes a lot of energy, so why waste energy on focusing on the bad when you can focus on the good!”

New Year's Resolutions: RachelRachel’s Resolution:
“Getting back to the gym and working on my fitness because it’s always been important to me and I’ve been in such a lull lately with it.. I’m excited to get back on track. I’m also going to work really hard in school and in setting up a job after graduation! My goal is to work really hard now so that future me can really benefit from it.”
