It is evident that social media is an important part of society. These networks connect people from around the world and allow users to stay up-to-date with the latest trends. However, with over 900 million daily users on social media platforms, it is important to withdraw ourselves from this digital lifestyle and experience a more “in the moment” mentality. Our client, Jill Martin of the Today Show, did just that. Jill completetd her second digital detox challenge to end 2016 on a postive note.
